Senta has created a workflow for UK accountancy practices to help gather data for clients making wage claims, as part of the Job Retention Scheme.
This new workflow can be added to existing Senta accounts. If you’re not a Senta client, you can try out the workflow as part of your free 30-day trial. Register here
Making your life easier
This new workflow automates the information collection for the furlough scheme and reminds accountants and clients to record details of furlough claims on a regular basis. If you have multiple clients with multiple furlough claims, it’s going to take out a lot of the leg work. You can assign the forms to your clients and request that they fill in the required information directly. This workflow will make your life easier if you’re submitting claims on behalf of clients or you’re responsible for any payroll tasks.
How the Senta ‘Claim for wages’ job works
For Senta users, we have made a job and form available in Senta to enter the ‘claim for wages’ details for your clients, including:
- PAYE registration
- Number of employees being furloughed
- Employee details
- Employer PAYE scheme ref number
- Claim start date
- Claim end date
- Claim amount
- Account details
This workflow contains:
- 1 x job template “Claim for wages”
- 1 x service “Claim for wages”
- 1 x form, including links to existing fields
- 1 x client list with relevant fields and CSV template
If you would like this workflow added to your Senta site, drop Senta a line via firstname.lastname@example.org and they’ll sort it out for you.
