Introducing Review and Pay
We hear you – not every client is ready to commit to pre-approved payments before work begins. By introducing Review and Pay, we’re providing more ways for your clients to pay you, at any time.
Review and Pay enables your clients to pay an invoice via our secure online payment experience. This new experience is perfect for clients with an Accounts Payable approval process, or who did not commit to pre-approved payments on your proposal, or for services priced on completion.
How do I enable Review and Pay?
Because you have your ledger connected, you can put this process on autopilot. All you have to do is:
Enable “Allow online payment for invoices” in your Payment Gateway Settings to ensure Review and Pay is enabled on your invoice emails, and enable “Invoice Notifications” in your General Settings to automatically send your invoices when they are created.
Emails sent with Review and Pay enabled will include a “Pay Invoice” button. All your client needs to do is add a payment method and pay online. They can also choose to automatically pre-approve all future payments.
