Bright, a leading software company specialising in tax, accounting, finance, and payroll solutions, has expanded its product portfolio with the acquisition of MyWorkpapers, a digital working papers platform widely used by accountants and auditors in the UK, Ireland, and Australia.

MyWorkpapers, launched in 2009 as a flagship auditing application, has evolved into a comprehensive suite of specialised workpaper packs designed to enhance efficiency and collaboration within accountancy firms. The software is recognised for its ability to streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and improve productivity during various types of engagements.

Rich Neal, Chief Executive Officer of MyWorkpapers, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, highlighting the potential for increased practice efficiency through cloud-based solutions.
