Over the coming months, updates will be rolled out in three phases, introducing a redesigned user interface, improved functionality, and new capabilities to streamline fixed asset management and related processes.
Here’s what to expect from the upcoming phases:
The first phase will introduce a completely revamped user interface, offering a cleaner, more intuitive design. Updates will also include simplified settings, improved asset mappings, and minor adjustments to the asset register, making nettTracker even more user-friendly and efficient.
This phase marks the full migration to version 2, unlocking powerful new features:
Depreciation Forecasting: Users will be able to calculate depreciation for the remaining useful life of assets and download forecasts for the next three years.
Enhanced Year-End Process: Corrections can be easily made after closing the year-end, providing greater flexibility.
Depreciation Adjustments: Adjustments can be made to assets at any time, adding more control to asset management workflows.
The final phase will expand nettTracker's capabilities:
Prepayments Monitoring: Supplier bills posted to "Prepayments" can be tracked via transactions, and new prepayments can be created directly from the transactions area.
Loans Feature: A new loans module will debut, initially supporting Hire Purchase loans, with additional loan types to follow.
Once version 2 is fully released, users can look forward to comprehensive video tutorials and webinars to guide them through the new features and enhancements.
