Triggers 

Triggers are events that occur in Onkho, for which data fields relating to the event are then made available to Zapier.

Onkho’s Zapier triggers are Instant which means that regardless of the Zapier plan you are on, the Zap will run immediately when the trigger event occurs.

For clients, contacts, and prospects, these are the data fields that pull through following the trigger:

first_name
last_name
organisation
dob
id
display_name
default_email_address
default_telephone_number
default_address_line1
default_address_line2
default_address_line3
default_address_city
default_address_county
default_address_postcode
default_address_country
default_website_url

Actions

Actions are things that you can do in Onkho through Zapier. Some of these are searches which are useful if you want to check whether something already exists (i.e. a client). The rest are actions which create new data in Onkho.

How to get access

Onkho’s Zapier integration is still in BETA which means that to access it you need a specific invitation. Reach out to Onkho’s support team if you would like to get started using Zapier.

With Onkho’s Zapier integration you could:

  • Setup new clients automatically.
  • Add services from Practice Ignition or GoProposal to Onkho prospects, which automatically converts them the prospect to a client.
  • Add records of meetings or forms to clients as notes.
