Accountex London 2024 Scavenger Hunt

Accountex is all about the journey!

Get to know our partners in this simple scavenger hunt. Visit all 12 stands, learn about the service or product on offer, and get a co-branded AAP buck while you're there. Once you have all 12, come to the App Advisory Plus stand (1671) so we can enter you for the prize draw.

The competition is running both days (15th and 16th May, from 9:30am), with a prize draw after the event. We will check you have all 12 bucks, file them away, and take your name and contact details to enter you. If you win, we will contact you after the event so ensure you provide current information!

The Rules:

• Visit all 12 participating stands

• Collect one (1) buck from each stand, numbered 1 - 12 (see corresponding partners and numbers below)

• Bring your 12 collected bucks to App Advisory Plus stand 1671

• If you have all 12, you will be entered into the prize draw to win! These prizes are:

  • First prize - £250 Amazon voucher

  • Second prize - £100 Amazon voucher

  • Third prize - £50 voucher

The Etiquette

• No running or pushing - safety first!

• Respect the staff at each stand. Politely ask for a buck and hear what their product or service is! You may be treated to a product demonstration or a brief overview of what our partners do.

• Respect other participants. Poor behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

• If you do not have all 12 bucks when submitting for the prize draw, we cannot enter you for the draw.

• A full deck of 12 bucks will be taken and stored safely away so they cannot be used again.

• This competition will run while stocks last. Once each stand has run out, there will be no further participation. Stocks will be replenished on the morning of the second day (16th May).

Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants must be registered visitors, exhibitors or speakers at Accountex London

2. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday 5:30pm BST on 15th May 2024 (day 1) and Thursday 3:30pm BST on 16th May 2024 (day 2).

3. Entrants must submit 12 bucks to be entered for the prize draw. These bucks must be numbered 1 - 12 and co-branded with each of our participating partner (see these combinations above).

4. Prizes for the Scavenger Hunt will be limited and include Amazon vouchers of varying values.

5. The prizes are as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date contact details. App Advisory Plus cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information that affects prize acceptance or receipt of their prize.

7. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries. This will be done via an online number generator software.

8. The winners will be notified via email and asked to fill in a form to protect their privacy, compliant with GDPR policy.

9. Physical prizes will be sent to the address given by the entrants. Winners take responsibility for providing a correct, up-to-date address and responsibility is then passed to selected courier or delivery company it is sent through.

10. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. We will notify entrants about changes by keeping this terms and conditions page updated and keeping a log of changes.

11. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

12. Any personal data relating to the participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

13. We reserve the right to exclude entries that we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or might otherwise bring App Advisory Plus into disrepute.

14. This competition is promoted and administered by App Advisory Plus.

15. Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

App Advisory Plus will not be held responsible for any physical injury or emotional distress suffered while taking part in this scavenger hunt.
